Thank you so much!! Everyone was very nice and professional. Geordan was very thorough and explained everything every step of the way. He even came late and fixed a small problem. John and Josiha did great work installing my new air conditioning system. Josh did his best to fix my old unit —!! Thanks to Ashley in the office also!!!

If our only interaction was with Joel, our ac guy, this would have been 5 stars any day of the week. Super knowledgeable and straight to the point. However whoever on the admin side coordinates times and scheduling is pretty bad at communicating. My wife and I work jobs where we can’t just drop everything to be home so one of us took the day off as we were told we were in the que for the next day. Next day comes and no update, we call at 3:30 and are told the earliest would be after 5 and we would be charged an after hours service call. Joel came to the house around 5:50-6:00pm, which is fine; however if we knew the time a head, one of us wouldn’t had to take the day off. I really wanted to give it 5 stars purely out of the interaction with Joel and him being efficient.

Nick did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. The quality of his service exceeded my expectations, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s hard to find technicians who are as honest and thorough as Nick. I highly recommend this HVAC company and especially Nick for anyone needing HVAC service.

Geordan determined why our air conditioner stopped working in a timely manner and explained it to us. We asked a lot of questions about our options which he was able to answer helping us determine what would work best. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with and polite. As with all One Way employees Geordan left us with a blessing that was much appreciated. Thank you, One Way Air Conditioning & Heating for sending someone out quickly and training your employees so well!

Had a good experience with Geordan Fuller and the company! He was very quick to figure out what the issue was and worked efficiently to get everything fixed. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
